The biggest thing I see and the very first thing I see when I saw the shot was that all the foliage in the shot, the trees, the leaves, all, were all over sharpened and it is creating halo's through out the image almost everywhwere.
I like the HDR effect on the water here and that is saying a lot because many time when waterfalls are tonemapped I personally don't care for how they look.
The color is nice, and really the main issue I have is the over sharpening.
Composition is ok, I would like to see all of the rock at the foreground.
I would go back and redo the sharpening and see how it looks!
